Artist's Comments
One of Joe's best friends, who features heavily in the main storyline of Joe is Japanese (something we haven't touched on a lot so far with the content produced up to now). Koga may appear mild-mannered, but he's filled with the bosuzoku spirit of his youth. To be clear, he does not (to my knowledge, at least) actually generate some sort of physical or energetic manifestation of that spirit... he's not a Stand user or a psychic warrior. He's just a programmer who still burns with rebel soul.
