Old, early RPG work for Mystic Eye Games. The Rose Knights are talented bards and chivalrous gentlemen, as well as feirce warriors, and they all play at least one instrument.
I think I did okay in embellishing his armor, but this is before I had really good armor references and actually knew what I was doing in that department, so it's still pretty unrealistic... plus, I messed up the center-line of the armor across his stomach, so those plates don't quite line up. Back in the day, yeah. He had a good thing going on there, but the lure of the game industry was too strong, I guess. I'm certain it paid better, anyhow.
Madureira and I have similar influences, Bastard and so forth. Joe was a big fan of Kazushi Hagiwara, as if Garrison wasn't a dead giveaway.   Closer to 3, but yeah... I think the only thing that bugs me 'bout it is the way his torso armor is off-centered. I was trying for a twist to the upperbody, but it didn't work as well as I would have liked.
